Arrive Early

The studio will open 30 minutes before class begins, allowing students time to get settled in before the beginning of class. Arrive at least 10 minutes before your class starts to get checked in and your own space set up. Studio doors may be locked after class begins.

What to bring:

  • Yoga Mat

  • Towel

  • Water Bottle

    **Yoga mats, cushions, pillows are available to use if you do not have one or if you forget yours at home.

Personal Belongings:

We have cubbies located outside the classrooms to place your belongings. Any belongongs you do not feel comfortable leaving there should be left in your car.

Is this your first class?

Stay for Savasana

At the end of yoga classes we offer a time to relax, remain peaceful and enjoy rest. For many this is the only time of their day they get to relax so please be respectful of everyone and stay for savasana.
