Are you ready to have a breakthrough physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and/or spiritually? Nature reminds us that spring is a wonderful season to explore and grow in new ways. This annual retreat is a powerful gathering where the variety of activities and interactions have been thoughtfully planned to assist you in “springing forward” where it matters most. There will also be free time to socialize, relax in the sauna, or unleash your inner child in the game room, on the climbing wall, or in the two story canopy net.

In this incredible retreat, everything has been taken care of for you including room and board so that you can be fully present. All you need to do is arrive. Be prepared to laugh a lot, experience something new, make meaningful connections with yourself and others, and to have a lot of fun. You may make lifelong friends (this retreat has a history of doing just that)!

Your Host - Nicole Packer

Nicole is passionate about living life to the fullest. She has been hosting events and retreats and connecting the local community for nearly 20 years. She is a Behavioral Intervention Specialist, Hypnotherapist, and Life Coach known for her "rapid transformation" strategies. She is also a fitness instructor and Yoga Alliance RYT. She has a broad base of experience in exercise, movement, and yoga combining traditional modalities and modern biomechanical approaches. As the founder of Retreat Into Life, she organizes retreats and festivals and presents worldwide. She is the host of the Fuel and Flo Yoga and Wellness Fest, designed to assist others in cultivating fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. Nicole created Yoga Fuel Flo, which focuses on creative movement, mind and body empowerment, and the joy of flow. Most recently, she is the founder/director of the beautiful and unique Yoga Wellness Connection Studio and Event Center in Idaho Falls. It serves as a gathering place for the community featuring a wide variety of classes and events promoting wellness, mindfulness, and friendship.

The Investment

Accommodations are available on a first come, first serve basis. Room arrangements are unique and may involve multiple beds in one room depending on the room. Group discounts available!

$425 pp Shared Queen Bed or single twin bed

$475 pp Shared King Bed

$399 pp Futon/Air Mattress/Cot

$375 pp Day pass only (limited availability, no overnight accomodation)

$250 pp Deposit Option if a payment plan is desired

*Private Queen/King Bed upgrade may be available for an additional $200

Terms and conditions apply to cancellations and refunds as listed below. Although reservations are not 100% refundable, RESERVATIONS ARE TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER GUEST.

  • Cancellation 30-60 days prior to your retreat = 50% Refund of the total amount paid.

  • Cancellation 30 days prior to your retreat = 25% Refund of the total amount paid. 

All card payment refunds are subject to a 10% service fee to cover merchant services.
