YOGA CLASSES

HEATED YOGA FLOW

This is a great grounding class for all levels. This class is designed to work towards a peak pose, with the option to modify in accordance to your current level of practice. In this class we will start slow and build up. Room is heated to 85°.

This yoga includes mantra, breathing techniques, yoga movements & posters (kriya), and closes with meditation after savasana. Each class focuses on a theme to improve, physical, or emotional health

KUNDALINI

Back to basics yoga is designed to support and encourage students who are new to Yoga or need a refresher. Students can expect calming music, and time to breathe, flow and connect with their minds and body. This class also provides time to reflect and meditate using basic yoga props

BACK TO BASICS YOGA

Revitalize your body and ignite your inner strength in our Heated Strength and Stretch class. Harnessing the power of heat, we combine dynamic movements with deep stretching to enhance flexibility and build muscular endurance. Start your day with a fun and energizing flow designed for all levels. Leave feeling refreshed and ready for your day.

POWER YOGA

Power yoga is a vinyasa style class focused on building strength and endurance. The emphasis is on the flow from one pose to the next. Intense and mindful, power yoga is more dynamic then meditative. it’s great for burning calories and modifications will be offered. Music is upbeat and the class will incorporate traditional elements of yoga.

SLOW FLOW

Indulge in tranquility with our Slow Flow Yoga class, a gentle journey that harmonizes breath with movement. Sink into each posture, allowing time for deep exploration and mindful presence. Cultivate inner peace and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit in this nurturing practice.

HATHA VINYASA BLEND

In this class we’ll blend some Vinyasa, which is when the yoga poses are linked together in a continuous flow put together by the teacher, and Hatha yoga where some poses are held longer, with emphasis on foundation.

Modifications will be offered so the student can decide what to try, depending on how they feel that day and how experienced they are with yoga. Beginners are welcome. Includes meditation, pranayama (breathwork), some yoga philosophy.

GENTLE & CHAIR BASED YOGA

Feel better in your body and make new friends.  Improve mobility, balance, and muscular strength and in a gentle Yoga class focused on functional movement. 

 This class also includes mindfulness, grounding, meditation, and breathwork.  

 Chair based options are included. 

TRAUMA INFORMED YOGA

Trauma Informed Yoga provides a welcoming, safe, and predictable environment with a like minded community. It centers around embodiment, or the feeling of being in your body, rather than on specific postures. Personal empowerment, agency, and choice, are key values of this practice. A supportive space is created where observation of sensations, emotions, and diverse experiences may occur.

This practice is evidence based and has been shown to assist with symptoms of trauma and PTSD.

YIN YOGA RESTORE

Pause, breathe, relax, and rejuvenate in this gentle yoga stretch practice that is appropriate for all levels of experience.


Comfortably explore the space before your "edge" in supported yoga postures and extend your range of motion. This class incorporates slower, deeper and supported stretching and slows the nervous system. It also includes breathwork and longer holds to benefit connective tissue such as fascia, ligaments, and tendons.

YOGA STRENGTH

Yoga Strength is designed to tone and strengthen the body and mind. This class may include body weight resistance, weights, bands, sliders, fun beats, and mindful movement.

RESTORATIVE

A deeply relaxing form of yoga where props are used to support the body in each posture. Having the body supported in this way allows for longer holds and puts in a state of relaxation where the body can rest and heal. Typically 4-5 postures in each class.

ALIGN & FLOW YOGA

A flow that focuses on integrating the breath with movement, forming a mind-body connection and bringing you into the present moment. Most classes are themed and have an anatomical focus often on a particular muscle, area of the body, fascia or connective tissue. Often this focus is based on individual students needs.

This class will calm the mind, improve focus and flexibility and discuss principles of alignment.

Students are given the option to make a certain pose more advanced or more basic. Students may break a sweat if wanted or can be adapted for a gentle pace. Blocks, straps, and blankets are encouraged as needed!This practice is evidence based and has been shown to assist with symptoms of trauma and PTSD.

HEATED YOGA FUEL FLO

Vinyasa flow yoga class in a heated environment (up to 85 degrees). This practice is designed to really focus on your intention. In a creative sequencing that assists in balancing your body. Balance flexibility, strength, agility, and mobility. Includes a 4 part Chaturanga. No 2 classes are alike and each class builds off a unique sequence with options to expand your practice as you would like.

LUNCH BREAK YOGA

Join us for lunch! A 50 minute vinyasa yoga class for those with limited time. Leave refreshed, renewed and ready to take on the rest of your day.

WARM GENTLE YOGA

Experience the soothing embrace of our Warm Gentle Yoga class, where gentle movements meet comforting warmth. Designed to nurture both body and spirit, this class offers a peaceful sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. Find gentle stretches, calming breathwork, and a sense of serenity as you unwind and restore balance within.

WARM SLOW FLOW

Treat your muscles and your mind to a cozy and slower paced yoga flow. Enjoy an intentional practice with mindful movement, dynamic stretching, grounded sequences, and some gentle standing sequences. Loosen up and rejuvenate your muscles in a warm environment, appropriate for all levels of experience. The room is heated to approximately 85 degrees.

WARM YOGA STRETCH

Slow down, loosen up, and breathe in a gently heated room (around 85). This class focuses on relaxation while exploring a broader range of motion. Enjoy deeper stretching supported by props, gentle breathwork, and longer holds. This class is great as a stand alone or following a movement practice.

YOGA BARRE FUSION

Yoga Barre Fusion fuses together your favorite strong yoga and barre classes, including toning with pilates. This class includes light weights, resistance bands, and barre balls. Movement is fun, flowing and provides a balanced workout you’re bound to enjoy and love!

YOGA FUEL FLO

Vinyasa flow yoga class. This practice is designed to really focus on your intention. In a creative sequencing that assists in balancing your body. Balance flexibility, strength, agility, and mobility. Includes a 4 part Chaturanga. No 2 classes are alike and each class builds off a unique sequence with options to expand your practice as you would like.

YOGA SCULPT

Sculpt combines elements of Power Flow with weighted and bodyweight exercises for a full-body workout. Build your strength and confidence as you move to the beat of a pumped up playlist!

YOGALATES

This class will blend elements of yoga and pilates for a wonderful strengthening and lengthening experience. All levels are welcome! Expect use of props such as a bands, blocks and light weights.

While the pace is slower we will do a full body workout with a focus on the core.

MEDITATION & SOUND

BODY RESET

Reset your nervous system in this class that involves gentle movement and mindful meditation. This class involves somatic practices which help the body develop new movement patterns and is beneficial for reducing pain and increasing mobility, flexibility, and performance. 


SOUND BATHS

Sound Baths are a deeply meditative experience where a sound healer uses singing bowls to create vibrations that heal and resonate and create vibrations within the body. Sound baths can be a very healing experience as participants allow emotions to be felt and the body and mind to relax as it

YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION

Breathe and relax your subconscious mind in this restful meditative practice also know as yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra is a wonderful way to calm the nervous system. This practice is designed to shift the brain from its “waking state” into a deeper theta brainwave state. It’s a beautiful little reset for your mind and heart. Feel free to bring your pillow and blanket.

TAI CHI

Tai Chi is a gentle series of movements combined with deep breathing and imagery to promote whole-body integration, relaxation, and health.

Mats, cushions, pillows, blankets, weights, bands, and yoga blocks are available if needed
